This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Surveyor Degree (\"geometra\") or a related discipline to begin their professional career. The successful candidate will support senior Professionals on several matters in order to improve her/his skills on Technical Due Diligence activities, Project Management and Monitoring. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team capable of simultaneously tackling and developing various activities. We work on all commercial real estate sectors such as Hospitality, Industrial&Logistcs, Office, Retail and Residential, across Italy. Flexibility and multidisciplinary approach are part of our methodology. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to support our Clients on significant projects for the identification of risks and opportunities. Working alongside more senior figures, the candidate will handle assigned tasks independently but coordinated within a team effort. The candidate will have the possibility to implement its ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and various activities.Job DescriptionRole accountabilitiesProject Management and Monitoring ActivitiesSupport in preparing documents related to timelines, costs, and coordination topicsParticipation in meetings, preparation of minutes, and follow‑up with consultants and project teamsUpdate of management and monitoring tools such as flow chart, risk register and open point trackersSite inspectionsReview of design documentationProject analysis and preparation of presentationsTechnical Due Diligence ActivitiesSite inspectionsReview of As‑Built documentation (design, certifications, etc)Support in drafting of Technical Due Diligence reporting in English and/or Italian related to the technical mattersDrafting of presentations addressed to the ClientInventory of the documentation provided and creation of the Virtual Data RoomAnalysis and reorganization of the building’s historical records, highlighting description and classification of interventions, including the analysis of floor plans attached to Building PermitsAnalysis and verification of cadastral plans and documentsArea Measurements of real estate assets in accordance with IPMS standards.QualificationsWe are particularly looking for candidates with the following:Master’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Surveyor Degree (Geometra)Excellent knowledge of Office softwares and AutoCADTeamwork capability, proactive attitude and goal orientedExcellent level of English (B2/C1) written and spoken and fluency in Italian written and spokenWillingness to travel nationally for inspections from MilanDrive license (cat.
