The role includes troubleshooting PC-related issues, supporting mobile devices, and managing data center equipment. Candidates should have strong customer-facing skills, technical experience with Windows, and be certified in CompTIA or Microsoft. The candidate must demonstrate independent thinking and organizational skills. Excellent communication in English and the local language is mandatory. Responsibilities Provide on-site and desk-side IT support for end users. Troubleshoot PC-related issues and diagnose hardware/software problems. Support mobile devices and ensure secure access and configuration. Assist with managing data center equipment and related infrastructure. Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills and professional communication in English and the local language.
