We are a startup founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs: Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino who have already founded successful companies and built HR software for unicorns.We closed the largest pre‑seed financing round in Italy (4.7M€) , attended by the most active tech entrepreneurs. A year later we closed a seed round at 12M€ and in June 2025 we closed a new round of 25M€, led by the American VC Base10, which chose us for its first operation in Italy.Italy is known for bureaucracy. This bureaucracy is one of the recognized reasons why the Italian economy stagnates. The mission of Jet? Eliminate bureaucracy from running a business in Italy. What is bureaucracy? It is hours spent deciphering regulations, filling forms, waiting for approvals and correcting inevitable human mistakes.Jet is the solution: a single platform to simplify and automate the entire administrative area of an Italian SME. It is obvious that the future cannot remain slow and clunky: with Jet we are anticipating this future, and we have a concrete chance to become the default solution for back‑office management in Italy. If we succeed, we will be an enormous reality that has changed how businesses are done in ItalyWe deeply hate bureaucracy – we try to get it out.Video from the CPO and founder – 3 minNo product managers . The “PM” role is split between software engineer and designer. You are highly responsible for the final output: you do not have hyper‑detailed specs. You are not a mere executor.Full stack . We eliminate coordination overhead. Everyone has full autonomy and does not wait for other team members.No microservices (in this phase). We go much faster with architecture (almost) monolithic for now.No WordPress, no landing pages, etc. No one works on static pages, institutional site, etc (they are outsourced to agencies). Only full‑time product.Listen directly from our dev€40.000-€65.000 of RAL.Full remote. For real. You can work from wherever you want, as long as it is a timezone compatible with Italy. If you want, our Milan office is ready to welcome you. Twice a year we have a 3‑day meetup, fully paid by Jet.Ownership of what you do. The product manager role is split between software engineer and designer. You do not have hyper‑detailed specs, you are not a mere executor. You are responsible for the final output.Concrete impact.
