Our focus is on high-quality software, modern technologies and continuous innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports using Databricks (Gold layer) and SQL-based metadata.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, maintainable Power BI solutions.Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines through incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding.Maintain and enhance ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI / CD processes in Azure DevOps to support automated testing and deployment.Ensure data quality, security (RLS), and governance across the Power BI ecosystem.Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, actively contributing to shared goals and supporting peers in solving technical and analytical challenges.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, visualization).Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines).Excellent SQL skills and understanding of metadata-driven modeling.Proven ability to work across business and technical teams, supporting requirement definition and solution design.Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a significant advantage and will help in integrating reporting with upstream data transformations.Strong team player with excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach.BenefitsInternational projects and challenging technical environmentCareer growth and continuous learningFlexible work options (remote / hybrid / on-site)Competitive compensation packageLegal and EEO StatementsApplicants are invited to submit CVs that match the profile of the open position.
