RESPONSABILE SERVICE – Filiale BMW di Vigevano Il Gruppo Autotorino, oggi dealer automobilistico italiano di riferimento nel settore, ricerca una figura di RESPONSABILE SERVICE per la Filiale BMW di Vigevano che si occupi di monitorare, coordinare e migliorare le attività dell'area post‑vendita della Filiale di riferimento. Le tue attività: Coordinare le squadre di consulenti service, specialisti di magazzino e tecnici specializzati garantendo elevati standard qualitativi nei servizi di manutenzione; Assicurare la regolarità, la qualità e la corretta tempistica dei servizi di assistenza tecnica e vendita ricambi secondo le condizioni contrattuali concordate; Programmare gli interventi tecnici di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria; Garantire la soddisfazione del Cliente per i servizi offerti dal reparto. La persona ideale è contraddistinta da: Comprovata esperienza precedente nel ruolo di Responsabile service; Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo e al coordinamento di squadre di lavoro; Buone capacità organizzative e di coordinamento; Senso di responsabilità e flessibilità; Ottime capacità comunicative; Forte orientamento al cliente; Buona capacità di utilizzo dei sistemi informatici.
