Il nostro Cliente, primaria realtà italiana nel settore dei servizi, ci ha incaricato di selezionare un/una: Digital Transformation Professional Principali attività: Supportare l’identificazione di pain point e l’efficientamento della customer journey nell’ambito dei canali digitali Presidiare e identificare le aree di miglioramento e iniziative di trasformazione digitale relativi processi di business che impattano la customer journey e i processi aziendali interni Raccogliere, integrare e analizzare i dati provenienti da varie fonti e con vari strumenti per identificare pattern, tendenze e insight volti alla creazione di valore Analizzare e disegnare i processi con orientamento alla trasformazione digitale e all’efficienza Supportare la ricerca di nuove tecnologie abilitanti i processi di business e screening delle soluzioni identificate Redigere le specifiche funzionali per nuovi progetti/iniziative di trasformazione digitale Garantire l’operatività e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi dei progetti supportando le aree di business e IT Requisiti: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Service Design, Informatica o materie affini 4 anni di esperienza professionale in ambito di implementazioni di applicativi digitali (in contesti industriali o consulenziali) Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali strumenti informatici utili alle attività, in particolare Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, mobile app e altri applicativi digitali (siti web, ERP, etc.) Familiarità con software per la gestione e visualizzazione dei dati come QlikSense ed esperienza nell’uso di strumenti di analytics Conoscenza delle metodologie utilizzate nelle progettualità di trasformazione digitale (Agile) Nice to have: conoscenza del mondo energy/utility Sede di lavoro : Monza/Lecco – modalità di lavoro ibrida
