Senior HR Specialist

We make it come true We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our global People and Site team. In addition to you, we are currently six engaged professionals with different areas of expertise. In this role, together with the team, you will drive profitable growth of the company through providing people data and supporting talent journeys. You will be reporting to Anna, Chief People Officer. You’ll be a key player and expert in implementing and developing our people operations globally to ensure smooth employee lifecycles for our employees, Cadmaticans. You will support our global talent acquisition, finding us the best talents. Your international HR experience will benefit our organization across different countries in Europe, Asia and Americas. You will be working closely with our HR Operations team and on recruitment and talent matters with our Talent Manager. You’ll be based in Italy where we have two offices: in Piacenza and in Milan with approximately 30 local colleagues. In addition to global responsibilities, you will ensure country-specific and local day to day people operations including recruitment, monthly payroll coordination and employments in Italy as well as other countries to be specified together with you. What we expect from you Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations experience in Italy and an international environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and recruiting A global mindset and experience working in an international organization A proactive, approachable mindset and ability to work independently Excellent communication in English and Italian Cadmatic as a workplace A multicultural, supporting, and friendly work environment in a global company with high technology software products, a rapid growth strategy and customer-centric approach.
