What You’ll do Program – Engineering Track is a development program like no other. Over a two‑and‑half‑year period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the centre of our customer‑focused business model. It’s fast‑paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work. 18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll get hands‑on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software. 9 months as Field Engineer. You will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and ensuring their specification in the designs. 3 months on a regional strategic project in Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO. This will give you an international perspective of our company. What You’ll Bring You hold a master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Building). You are fluent in English and in Italian. You have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment. You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others. You are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career. You hold a driving licence (from at least 1 year). Trip to Global HQ – 2–3 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein. A look at the way global business units function, plus soft skills and international teamwork. University Module – a comprehensive learning journey with our University Partners to deep‑dive a relevant cross‑functional skill for your career development at Hilti. Volunteering team‑building – a hands‑on and hugely impactful community activity to build a better future. After 30 months on the programme and feedback on your journey, you will be ready for a team leader or specialist role within our Engineering Department or PMO.
