In this role you will support customers across Northern Italy as a Production Print Solutions Consultant within a hybrid, mobile setup. You will blend production print expertise with technical consulting, guiding pre-sales discussions, demonstrations, and implementation. You’ll work closely with Sales and technical specialists, train customers on new workflows, and expand solutions at client sites. The opportunity offers travel, cross-functional collaboration across Europe, and a flexible work model with a company car and standard Xerox benefits.

- Partner with Sales to capture customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Demonstrate production printing equipment and advise on colour management, pre-press, variable data printing, and production workflows
- Provide technical input during pre-sales and clearly communicate solution capabilities
- Implement sold solutions at customer sites and train users on new workflows
- Build and maintain customer relationships, provide post-sales support, and identify expansion opportunities
- Approximately five years of experience in graphic arts or production printing (or equivalent industry exposure)
- Solid knowledge of production digital printing and cut-sheet equipment; roll-fed equipment is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of colour management, pre-press processes, production workflows, variable data printing, software solutions, and IT concepts
- Strong customer-facing communication, demonstration, presentation, technical consulting, and training skills
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English for customer engagement in Italy and collaboration across Europe
