Why This Role Is Right for You As a Partner Portal Lead (Frontend Lead), you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Italy (Milan). Together, we work on developing a low-code, modular partner platform that enables Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to onboard and integrate payment services within hours, using advanced technologies like micro front-end (MFE) components and self-contained systems (SCS) to streamline and accelerate merchant activation. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Lead front-end development of the Partner Portal, including the web application shell and modular micro-frontends. Design the overall front-end architecture, defining how micro-frontends are integrated into the container to ensure visual consistency and efficient, secure communication between modules. Own technology stack decisions, including the use of micro-frontend frameworks such as Module Federation. Lead the frontend engineers in developing new portal features. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers, aligning on data contracts and ensuring a high-performance, modular, and scalable front-end. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Strong experience with micro-frontend architectures. Expertise in modern front-end technologies, such as React, TypeScript, and Webpack. Proven technical leadership skills, with experience leading front-end teams and enforcing best practices in code quality and user experience. Bonus Skills: Experience implementing authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) in enterprise applications. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for micro-frontend deployment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with design and backend teams.
