Your entrepreneurial spirit will guide your initiatives and guide your actions to develop the full potential of this region.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVE Become the leader of our expansion in Italy: You will be Technetics Group's ambassador to the main OEMs in the Life Sciences market, with freedom of action and autonomy to identify, conquer and retain your strategic customers. Build your network and success: Drawing on your experience, you will build and personalize a lasting relationship with customers with the goal of turning every opportunity into a business success. Collaborate with international teams: You will work in a stimulating environment and in close collaboration with passionate, innovative and international teams. Be an actor in innovation: Thanks to your field expertise and participation in the company's commercial strategy, you will contribute to the emergence of new innovative solutions adapted to the market (products and services). Direct and visible impact: Your performance will have an immediate impact on Technetics Group's growth in Italy and you will be recognized for your results.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit: You like to take initiatives, manage your projects, and have a taste for challenge as well as a growth mindset.Technical and commercial expertise: You master the challenges of the Life Sciences sector, sales techniques, and know how to use digital tools (CRM, social networks) as performance levers. Interpersonal skills and leadership: You know how to convince, federate, listen and inspire your interlocutors, both internally and externally. Solid experience: Bac+5 with a focus on sales or technical-sales, and at least 5 years of successful experience in business development, ideally in an international context. Language and mobility: Fluent Italian essential, professional English, driver's license.WHY JOIN US?
