Contatti: Il Centro per l'impiego di Pinerolo ricerca un / una Project Manager per clienti tedeschi, per multinazionale del Pinerolese operante nel settore prototipazione e stampa 3D. La risorsa dovrà garantire lavoro in presenza per minimo 4 giorni a settimana. Responsabilità Gestione delle operazioni legate al project management e al servizio clienti, garantendo la consegna puntuale di parti di qualità. Coordinamento con clienti e team interni, analisi dei requisiti di progetto e la guida dei progetti verso il successo. Il candidato / a parteciperà attivamente alle negoziazioni per la definizione del listino prezzi; sarà in grado di analizzare le richieste di offerta (RFQ) e collaborare con i team tecnici per generare preventivi accurati, completi e chiari; coordinerà con i team di produzione per monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti, assicurando che le procedure siano seguite e le tempistiche rispettate; si assicurerà che i clienti siano regolarmente informati sull'avanzamento dei progetti e gestirà le loro aspettative con trasparenza; monitorerà le spedizioni dei prodotti per garantire il rispetto delle scadenze di consegna e delle specifiche richieste; dopo la consegna raccoglierà i feedback dei clienti per valutare la loro soddisfazione e identificare aree di miglioramento continuo. Requisiti Preferibilmente laurea in ingegneria, con conoscenza dei processi produttivi come stampa 3D, CNC, vacuum casting e stampaggio a iniezione; esperienza di 5-7 anni nel monitoraggio di progetti nel settore automotive, in particolare progetti che richiedono un rigoroso controllo delle scadenze e delle specifiche del cliente; ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale per interagire con clienti e team interni; fluente conoscenza lingua tedesca, buon livello di inglese e italiano essenziale; competenza nell'uso di Microsoft Office, buona conoscenza di CRM (come HubSpot) e software di visualizzazione 3D; spiccate capacità di problem solving; capacità di seguire le procedure e rispettare le tempistiche; attenzione ai dettagli; capacità di lavorare con scadenze molto strette, in un ambiente dinamico.
