What You’ll DoPreparing the statutory financial statements of the Company according to IAS/IFRS Managing infra‑annual closing activities (monthly, quarterly and semi‑annual), streamlining timelines and guaranteeing excellence in reporting deliverables Coaching a pool of talented and passionate junior colleagues, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data with the support of our Group ERP (Oracle Netsuite) Supporting the Finance Business Partners and Corporate Finance team in the planning process and providing financial insights (e.g. variance analysis) Driving process optimisation and efficiency‑enhancing functionalities of existing tools Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation Acting as point of contact with the Management and the business teams on financial reporting and accounting topics, including liaising with external accounting advisors What We Are Looking ForOutstanding academic background in Accounting studies Previous experience (at least 3 years) in a Big‑4 audit firm or in the accounting department of a fast‑growing company Positive mind‑set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can‑do" attitude Fluency in Italian and English Analytical skills, precision and attention to details Advanced knowledge of Excel Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Nice‑to‑HaveCertified public accountant (CPA) or statutory auditor Passion for a diverse international environment Result‑oriented, coaching and time‑management skills Why you’ll love it hereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
