Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role as the Assistant Director of Finance, based in Griante, Italy. The Assistant Director of Finance will oversee daily financial operations, including financial planning, preparation of financial statements, and managing financial reporting processes. The role involves analyzing data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing budgets, and supporting the Director of Finance in strategic decision-making processes. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficient operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and budget management Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and producing accurate Financial Reports Advanced Analytical Skills to assess financial performance and develop strategic recommendations Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of financial regulations Prior experience in a hospitality-related industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams effectively Proficiency in English is must Benefits Competitive compensation package Housing allowance Possibility of career advancement in the short term Modern and functional offices overviewing the lake #J-18808-Ljbffr
