Job Overview Join to apply for the Key Account Manager role at Siemens . Permanent contract in Milan focusing on the Digital Industry area. Siemens is a focused technology company pioneering intelligent solutions that transform manufacturing, grids, buildings, and transportation. Responsibilities Own and expand strategic customer relationships across the Energy market (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Waste‑to‑Energy). Guide and consult customers on emissions‑related analytical topics, supporting them in compliance, optimization and sustainability initiatives. Identify customer needs and translate them into value‑based solutions, leveraging the full Siemens Digital Industries portfolio. Define and execute long‑term account strategies aligned with customer strategies, regulatory constraints and market evolution. Drive complex sales opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract closure. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscape and customer strategies to proactively identify new business opportunities. Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting using CRM tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or similar background. Proven experience as an Account Manager in industrial automation, digitalization or complex B2B environments, with solid analytical competences related to emissions monitoring, emissions data interpretation and compliance with industrial and energy‑related regulations. Experience managing complex organizations and multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills and ability to build trusted relationships. Passion to never stop growing. Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge. Proficiency in English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy.
