I connect Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success and Insights people with Saas companies and MarTech agencies - Principal…We’re partnering with a high growth business looking for an experienced Retail Media Lead to drive commercial performance and shape best-in‑class retail media strategies in a fast-moving, ever-evolving landscape.In this role, you’ll guide clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, overseeing performance across Amazon Advertising, DSP, and AMC. You’ll also play a key role in business growth — identifying new opportunities, contributing to pitches, and helping to scale operations alongside senior leadership.As a people‑first leader, you’ll nurture talent, champion development, and build a culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and excellence. You’re data‑driven, commercially minded, and comfortable leading through change with clarity and confidence.What You’ll DoLead teams to deliver revenue growth and strong brand outcomes for clients through insight‑led strategiesOversee media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution across Amazon platformsBuild trusted client partnerships, providing strategic direction and ongoing performance consultationCollaborate with agency leadership to identify development needs and strengthen team capabilityDefine and implement scalable processes and best practices for sustainable growthStay current with Amazon certifications and contribute to wider agency initiatives and planningWhat We’re Looking ForDeep expertise in Amazon Advertising , including DSP and AMCProven track record of leading high‑performing, growth‑oriented teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategyExcellent communication and client‑facing abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in common office tools; strong Excel skills are a plusDemonstrated success in driving both client and agency revenue growthIf you’re passionate about eCommerce, leadership, and using data to deliver exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
