As a new team member, you will be empowered to positively contribute to our high‑impact culture and be supported in bringing your whole self to work.Your role within the team Swisse Professional, launched in the Italian market in 2025, is a new line of products formulated exclusively for beauty professionals, providing them with the scientific tools to ensure the well‑being of their clients even outside the salon.Reporting to the Commercial Director Italy, the Area Manager SWISSE Professional will be responsible for the start‑up of the new branded distribution line “SWISSE Professional” through the hairdresser channel and will be accountable to drive its development. He will be supported by 2 agents to cover the Milan area.On top of this responsibility he will be asked to look for potential hairdresser distributors to cover other regions and / or the full territory (Italy) and manage the already existing distributor which is in charge of the Beauty Salon channel.Key ResponsibilitiesWork together with the sales, marketing and training functions to drive sales and profit through the accounts of the specific channel of hairdressers and the management of the Beauty Salon distributor.Manage all aspects of the commercial negotiations, sales development and customer interface regarding the SWISSE Professional Beauty portfolio.Know and manage the KOL customers: create and be in charge of the portfolio of customers, being their main point of contact and building successful relationships with the main contacts while expanding the networks across the customer organization.Search for new potential distributors in the channel on a regional and / or national level.People Management 2–3 direct reports.Desired Skills and ExperienceMandatory: Experience in sales roles within national Key
