SGB Humangest Holding – Divisione ICT, specializzata nel settore Information Technology e Digital Transformation, è alla ricerca di un Team Leader per la realizzazione di sistemi di bigliettazione elettronica in Italia e all’estero. Il candidato, con diretto riporto all’Engineering Manager, assumerà le seguenti responsabilità: Responsabilità Progettazione e sviluppo della parte di front‑end e back‑end di un sistema di bigliettazione elettronica. Per la parte back‑end si utilizza .NET/C# e C++. Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di sviluppo e alla qualità del software. Eseguire attività di debugging e ottimizzazione delle performance. Implementazione di allarmi: creare regole analitiche e query di detection (es. accessi anomali, privilege escalation), impostare soglie e severità. Supervisionare e ottimizzare le prestazioni, il logging e gli aspetti di sicurezza dei sistemi. Partecipazione a turni di reperibilità remota e interventi in caso di indisponibilità dei servizi. Requisiti Conoscenza approfondita di .NET/C# e C++ per lo sviluppo back‑end. Esperienza in sviluppo front‑end, debugging e ottimizzazione delle performance. Competenze nella definizione di regole di allarme e nella gestione di log e sicurezza. Capacità di lavorare in team e di interfacciarsi con l’Engineering Manager per raggiungimento degli obiettivi mensili.
