Business Partner - HR Development

The Sales & International HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with international subsidiaries to define and implement the Group HR strategy. This includes providing support to the business throughout the development, implementation, and measurement of an HR plan that proactively meets the business objectives and corporate HR strategy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a business partner to strengthen the link between HR and each subsidiary of the group for talent acquisition and development topics, salary review strategies, performance management processes, and retention plans.
  • Implementing and executing HR policies and systems within the organization.
  • Counseling the management with suggestions and planning ahead possible organization development for each business unit in coherence with the HR development strategy.
  • Ensuring monthly payroll operations are accurately executed by payroll providers, ensuring all employee compensation data are collected and processed correctly and on time.
  • Cooperating on the recruitment process, drawing up employment contracts, and dealing with all administration processes.

This role requires 5-6 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably within well-structured and multinational companies. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, with Italian fluency preferred. A third language (French) is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have emotional intelligence and adaptability, with the ability to influence others and operate in a dynamic multi-cultural environment. They should be able to sustain an innovative approach to HR practices and act as a trusted partner.
