Were hiring motivated professionals to work in Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.You’ll provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.What Youll DoCustomer Support:Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chatAssist with troubleshooting and issue resolutionProvide accurate product and service informationContent Moderation:Review and evaluate user-generated contentEnforce compliance with platform policiesEscalate complex cases to specialized teamsEnsure content quality, objectivity, and safetyWhat Were Looking ForItalian fluency (C1 or higher)English proficiency (minimum B2)EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in PortugalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability to work on-site in PortoFlexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if neededAccepted DocumentsEU ID or PassportPortuguese Residence CardVisa holders (eligibility confirmed case by case)If you’re a Italian speaker looking to advance your career in Portugal , join us in Porto or Lisbon and become part of a collaborative and multicultural team.
