Project Scheduler Lead – Construction

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler Lead to support our Construction team in managing large-scale renewable power projects. You will oversee project scheduling and risk management from development through operation, working closely with project and country managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and analyze project schedules, critical paths, and resource plans, deviations and improvements in any project schedule Provide schedule-based recommendations for resource allocation and risk mitigation Standardize scheduling processes across technologies (Onshore Wind, BESS, PV) Support bid preparation and ensure alignment of timelines during proposals Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and investors Lead scheduling for large renewable projects and coordinate with stakeholders Drive improvements in scheduling tools, reporting, and best practices Ensure compliance with OX2 standards and local regulations Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Project Management (electrical preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in scheduling for large power projects, preferably renewable Proficient in Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6 Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholder management experience Knowledge of legal contracts, risk evaluation, and corporate structures Ability to work independently and cross-culturally in an international setting Fluent in English; other languages are a plus Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30% in Europe About OX2 OX2 develops, constructs, sells, owns, and operates renewable energy solutions at scale.
