**JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION SPECIALIST**:
**Responsibilities**:
Purpose:
The role has to support the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team and he/she will be responsible for a certain number of foreign subsidiaries.
- Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Constant interface with foreign subsidiaries in order to coordinate and support them on accounting/finance/compliance topics;
- Analysis and implementation of the new accounting standards and interpretations under IFRS in the Group's financial statements, including the preparation of proper instructions for the subsidiaries;
- Analysis of specific transactions in order to define the proper accounting treatment;
- Review and analysis of the quarterly reporting package, together with the subsidiaries financial controllers;
- Drafting the consolidation accounting entries according to IAS/IFRS standards for quarterly and annual closing;
- Collaborating on the quarterly and annual closing processes and on the preparation of the consolidated financial statement.
**Job Profile**:
- Master Degree in Economics and Management, Finance;
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a multinational company and/or in a consulting firm.
- Skills, capabilities, competencies:
- Knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards (Group Reporting expertise will be considered a plus)
- Strong IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Excel, PowerPoint and the SAP system;
- Teamwork, problem solving, flexibility;
- Excellent communication
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally;
- Fluent in English (other languages are appreciated)
