We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities, contributing significantly to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making processes of the company. Roles and Responsibilities: The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, support the development of financial forecasts and budgets, and conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, fostering a comprehensive understanding of financial impacts across the organization.
Additionally, the specialist will play a strategic role in the finance systems transformation, leading specific workstreams to transition to new systems and ensuring continuity and accuracy of both financial and non-financial information.
