Where we need you: Job Title: Supply Planner Non-BUE FactoriesDepartment: Supply Planning – P&D CoELocation: Lainate – Via Clerici (Hybrid)Contract type: Permanent, Full time As a Supply Planner Non-BUE Factories, you’ll manage the end-to-end supply process for both internal and external suppliers. You’ll ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met. You will also align closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage timelines, product phase-outs, and stock obsolescence while supporting overall business performance. Your core responsibilities at a glance: Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity. Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs. Support local P&D teams on issues related to service levels, stock coverage, and critical code communications. Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy. Support Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams regarding service level and stock coverage. Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues. The ideal recipe for our new Supply Planner Non-BUE Factories: Required skills and experience: Previous experience as Production Planner / Supply Planner / Demand Planner Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP Professional proficiency in English Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
