Abbiamo un opportunità che fa per te Randstad Italia, per ampliamento organico interno cerca una risorsa da inserire come HR RECRUITER in stage Si offre: Contratto in stage Orario di lavoro: Full Time dal lunedì al venerdì Sede di lavoro: Manerbio Responsabilità Di cosa ti occuperai? ricezione Job Description e redazione annunci da pubblicare su diversi siti/portali; attività di ricerca e selezione del personale (screening Cv, ricerca in database, interviste telefoniche, colloqui di selezione); creazione dei profili da inoltrare ai clienti; amministrazione (contrattualistica, caricamento ore per cedolino...) in supporto alla filiale. Competenze Sei in possesso di questi requisiti? Diploma o Laurea Triennale; passione per il mondo delle risorse umane; buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office/Google Suite; forte orientamento al risultato. Completano il profilo: flessibilità, motivazione, resistenza allo stress, ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.   La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
