Role Description We are looking for a Brasimone R&D Warehouse responsible who will build up the R&D facilities warehouse from scratch and manage it with the proper SW specially focusing on spare parts operation for all newcleo site activities.Main Activities Contribute to the definition and procurement of spare parts, backup materials and consumables keeping in mind to avoid any run out or shortage.Propose and operate with an appropriate SW to manage all inlet and outlet of mechanical, electrical and I&C parts.Propose an easy system to store and track parts avoiding manual transcription from procurement to release.Provide, whenever required, the periodic maintenance of stored parts.Select and define the necessary HW equipment necessary to properly store equipment and materials.Drive site mobile means to move and store all parts.Develop or review discipline equipment and materials quantity estimates.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.Coordinate assigned work with other technical personnel as directed.Desired Qualifications Technical school diploma either in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.Elementary English is appreciated.15-year experience in warehouse management.Understanding of industry components availability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
