Logistic EngineerJoin to apply for the Logistic Engineer role at Atlas Copco GroupAs a Logistic Engineer you’ll be part of the Logistics operational team in Varisco Product Company with the goal of correctly organizing and managing logistics projects with the aim of proposing and planning new solutions for continuous improvements.Your Main TasksAnalyse and mapping logistics process to identify muda and continuous improvement initiativesSupport Logistic Team with training and sharing knowledge about new implementationsCollaborate with production to guarantee the best flow and efficient material supply to production linesCooperating and providing support to your team to solve any problems and to ensure the correct systems maintenance, to propose and implement new solutionsCollaborate and contribute to projects and assigned project team, while driving some of themCommunicate and cooperate with all different departments and suppliers for the projects’ implementationWhat We Expect From Our CandidatesUniversity Degree - Mechanical engineering or similarKnowledge about WMS conceptsIntellectual curiosity and an out-of-the-box approach – keep your eyes open and don’t dare to ask questionsPositive and proactive approach, empathy and resilienceCritical thinking and analytic skillsProblem solving attitudeAbility to handle priorities and deadlinesLogical mindset, persistent and team playerGood knowledge about Office, particularly about ExcelProficiency in ERP/MRP is a plusFluent in English and Italian, both verbal and writtenWhat Is Important For UsActive collaboration with your colleaguesPromotion of new ideas with a focus on improvement and innovationAdherence to the company rules, commitment to develop inclusion and collaboration in the workplacePromotion of the company’s values - Interaction, Commitment and Innovation - in order to fulfil Atlas Copco’s vision “First in mind – First in Choice”Customer-centric approachDiverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
