To join our team you need to be: Great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (e.g., social media, texting, non‑verbal communication aids) Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of time Willing to continually up‑skill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunities Have some weekend availability Essential skills required: You must have your own vehicle and a full driver’s licence Have a passion for helping people If you have no health qualification your application may not be considered We need support workers with good availability, working around your flexible style. We have a variety of hours ranging from 1 hour to part day or full day work . Starting at casual/flexible, which can move towards guaranteed or permanent hours after some time.
