You’ll be collaborating closely with the Operations Supervisor, Operations, Commercial, Finance and Quality teams to ensure smooth transports execution and chase the biggest market opportunities. In this role you will:Be the co-owner of the P&L and the growth of the spot department to scale the spot business from A to Z, keep increasing its relevance company wideManage Carriers and Customers interactions in day-to-day operations with a focus on maximizing profitability and identifying spot business opportunitiesExpand our carrier network within Italian and International companies by identifying and onboarding new key carrier partnersCollaborate with Commercial Team to identify unexplored customer opportunitiesEnsure adherence to existing operational processes and support the creation of new ones to ensure efficiency, generate additional revenue and reduce costsWhat We Are Looking For 1 to 5 years of experience in Road Freight Brokerage with preferred previous experience in Full Truck Load, fleet managementOrganizational skills with a great attention to detailsA problem solver approach, quick thinking as well as an entrepreneurial and proactive mindsetIdeally a native level of Italian language and a very good English knowledgeConfidence in using data and ability to analyze and track key metricssennder Italia is a Joint Venture between sennder GmbH and Poste Italiane.
