Key account manager sviluppo commerciale For a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking a Key Account Manager with a solid sales expertise to join the MEA Sales Team, covering GCC or Levant regions. The team manages a network of distributors selling the company’s core products within the assigned region. The selected candidate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to maximize order volumes and significantly contribute to overall team revenue. Key Responsibilities: Promote the full range of company products and provide tailored solutions to distributors in the assigned region. Expand the customer base where possible, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure smooth and effective communication with: The Customer Service Department to guarantee accurate order processing. The Area Sales Manager, regularly updating on sales activities. Maintain ongoing collaboration and alignment with internal offices related to sales and customer activities. Mandatory Requirements: 5 to 7 years of experience in a sales-related role. Proven track record in managing sales within the MEA region. Proven track record in managing sales within GCC and/or Levant Previous experience in working with distributors. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering. Knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus Key Soft Skills: Strong business acumen and customer focus. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Resilience and stress management capabilities. Flexibility, proactiveness, and cultural sensitivity towards the MEA region. Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization. Bridge Market and R&D : Collect and share customer feedback to enhance our technology and offerings. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development . Proven track record in launching new solutions or building business in emerging sectors. Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus. Based in or willing to relocate to Italy Availability to travel across the region. Preferred Skills Background in the EVSE or solar energy industry.
