Work directly with OEMs, Tier 1s, and distribution partners to deliver real impact.What You’ll Do Partner with business development teams towin new designsand accelerate adoption. Providehands‑on technical support : product selection, system design, troubleshooting. Deliverseminars, training, and lab evaluationsto customers and partners. Build strong relationships with engineering teams across industries. Travel 30–50% to engage customers face‑to‑face.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). ⚡ 5+ years in analog/power supply design or applications engineering. Automotive market experience is a big plus. Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
