Senior Industry/ERP Consultant – Printing & Packaging (BS_BE) Senior Industry/ERP Consultant – Printing & Packaging (BS_BE) role at Cegeka Overview Have you built up expertise in the printing & packaging industry as a consultant or in an internal operational role, and are you passionate about process optimization and digital transformation? Responsibilities As our domain expert in printing/labeling and packaging, participate in discovery and presales conversations with prospects, translating business goals into clear solution options. Collaborate closely with stakeholders (sales, delivery, the customer/prospect) throughout the project, from presales to go-live and support. Facilitate structured ASIS/TOBE workshops, capture requirements & user stories, and guide Fit/Gap analysis to shape the solution and roadmap. Share industry kennis with the team and contribute to the project as the domain expert. Qualifications Extensive experience in the printing and packaging industry with a strong understanding of operational processes; knowledge of in-mould labeling is a plus. Hands-on ERP experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) as a key-user. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational processes. Team-oriented mindset; you support colleagues and customers in case of questions or bottlenecks. Getting things done: you strive for the best possible result.
