Responsibilities Enhance user safety. Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns, study compliance and regulatory requirements, and ensure seamless integration into products loved by millions. Implement our Trust & Safety framework. Adapt general best practices to product‑specific risks and needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows. Cooperate with moderation teams. Ensure clarity on evolving policies, streamline moderation processes, and personally handle critical or sensitive escalations when necessary. Typical salary for early‑career candidates: £41,255 in London, €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with considerable experience, ranges are £56,345‑£85,797 (London) and €54,346‑€82,557 (Europe). Compensation grows rapidly with experience and impact.
