Customers are at the heart of our business, but our people are the ones who make the real difference in the service we deliver every day.We are currently looking for a:EMPLOYEE ADVISORWhat to ExpectThis role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between People Department and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The Employee Advisor works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.If you want to make a real difference in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves, this is the role for youWhat You’ll DoFirst point of contact for employee lifecycle and employee relations;Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up.
