IT Project Manager – International Company Location: Parma Annual salary: up to 55.000€ International company, English required Career plan, application for manufacturing, project management We are partnering with a well-established international company operating in a dynamic and structured environment, currently strengthening its IT and digital transformation roadmap. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead complex application projects with a strong focus on ERP (SAP), CRM and Business Intelligence solutions . What you will do - Manage the full lifecycle of complex IT projects: analysis, planning, development, testing, go-live and post go-live - Coordinate application roll-outs across Italian and international sites - Act as a key interface between business functions and technical teams - Oversee the evolution and integration of ERP (SAP), CRM and BI systems - Manage external vendors, internal technical teams and business stakeholders - Monitor application performance and support issue resolution - Contribute to IT strategy and digital process optimisation What we are looking for - 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management - Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments - Experience managing complex, multi-stream IT projects - Knowledge of ERP/CRM/BI environments (SAP is a plus, not mandatory) - Exposure to multi-country roll-outs and structured organisations - Strong process analysis and requirements translation skills - Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders - Good command of English This is a great opportunity to join a solid organisation and play a key role in driving complex IT projects with international exposure.
