Overview We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join an on-site delivery team for a live data centre construction project in Milan . This is a key role supporting the project’s document management and commissioning deliverables, ensuring the correct information is issued, tracked, approved, and available to the right stakeholders at the right time. The successful candidate will have strong document control experience within major construction/M&E environments , ideally in mission-critical/data centre projects, and must have experience supporting commissioning documentation within Commissioning Alloy . Document Control & Project Administration Set up, manage, and maintain the project document control system to ensure document accuracy, version control, and audit compliance Upload, issue, and track project documentation including drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, permits, reports, and certifications Ensure all documentation is reviewed and approved in line with the project workflows and agreed turnaround times Maintain document registers, transmittals, distribution lists, and record keeping for internal and external stakeholders Support document control processes in line with contractual requirements and data centre project standards (including strict change control) Administer and maintain commissioning documentation within Commissioning Alloy , ensuring all deliverables are correctly filed and structured Support the commissioning team with the management and close-out of key commissioning documentation such as: test scripts and procedures, check sheets, FAT/SAT records, functional testing evidence and sign-offs, integrated systems testing (IST) documentation, O&M manuals and handover packs. Ensure commissioning documentation is complete, traceable, and aligned with the commissioning programme and project milestones (commissioning relies heavily on “meticulous planning” and documentation discipline). #J-18808-Ljbffr
