Il/la Guest Experience Agent Il/la Guest Experience Agent è il primo punto di contatto per gli ospiti una volta arrivati a destinazione. Il suo obiettivo principale è garantire un'esperienza impeccabile ed esclusiva per tutta la vacanza, anticipando le necessità del cliente e risolvendo eventuali complaint in tempo reale. Dettagli sul cliente DMC di fascia luxury specializzata nell'offerta di un'ampia gamma di esperienze, finalizzate alla scoperta delle bellezze del territorio italiano. Descrizione Il/la candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Accoglienza ospiti all'arrivo e assistenza durante tutta la permanenza Coordinamento con fornitori locali (trasferimenti, guide, hotel, ristoranti) Controllo qualità delle esperienze erogate Gestione di eventuali imprevisti o complaint in modo proattivo Supporto nella personalizzazione dell'esperienza secondo le preferenze del cliente Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e raccolta feedback Reportistica giornaliera sulle attività svolte Profilo del Candidato Il/la candidato/a ha le seguenti caratteristiche: Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di front office, hospitality o customer care nel settore del turismo Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus) Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di problem-solving Flessibilità, autonomia e attitudine al lavoro in movimento Conoscenza approfondita del territorio Creatività, spirito innovativo e capacità di pensare strategicamente Offerta di lavoro Ottima opportunità di carriera.
