Job Title: HRBP III (Corp) – Multiple Positions AvailableServe as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and talent solutions that align with business objectives. Responsible for leading HR initiatives across assigned organization, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts. Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs while facilitating critical processes such as talent reviews and compensation planning. Contribute to business planning cycles and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Lead complex employee relations issues, ensure HR policy compliance, and coordinate effectively with other HR partners including Employee Relations, Legal, and Talent Management teams. Implement talent management mechanisms, driving cultural initiatives, and providing data‑driven recommendations to leadership. The role involves strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through integrated people solutions while maintaining strong partnerships across the organization.40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Salary Range: $150,738 /year to $193,400 /year. For more information, visit .Basic QualificationsMaster’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and three years of experience in the offered job or another related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields and five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the offered job or a related occupation is acceptable. Three years of experience in the following areas are required: (1) leading organizational design initiatives, managing complex change programs, and implementing talent management strategies for organizations of 500+ employees; (2) coordinating workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent review, and compensation planning processes for organizations of 500+ employees; (3) understanding employment law and creating/maintaining documentation for HR compliance; and (4) presenting data and insights to C‑suite senior leadership, driving recommendations, articulating trade‑offs, and communicating large‑scale HR strategy.Preferred QualificationsRelevant experience and credentials as described above.
