Adecco Italia Spa ricerca per cliente della Pubblica Amministrazione: SOUS CHEF Responsabilita principali: - Collaborare con lo Chef nella pianificazione dei menu e nella creazione di nuove ricette. - Supervisionare la preparazione dei piatti, garantendo qualita, presentazione e tempi di servizio. - Gestire le scorte alimentari e monitorare i costi, riducendo sprechi. - Coordinare e formare il personale di cucina, assicurando il rispetto delle procedure. - Controllare il rispetto delle norme HACCP e degli standard di sicurezza alimentare. - Sostituire l'Executive Chef in caso di assenza. ________________________________________ Requisiti: - Diploma alberghiero o equivalente. - Esperienza comprovata come Sous Chef o Chef de Partie. - Conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina internazionale e locale. - Capacita di leadership, problem solving e gestione dello stress. - Flessibilita oraria e disponibilita a lavorare nei weekend e festivi. ________________________________________ Si offre: Contratto di somministrazione. CCNL: Turismo - Stabilimenti Balneari Minori, Pubblici Esercizi Minori LIV: 3° Livello MANSIONE: Aiuto Cuoco ORARIO: 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedi alla domenica, su 5 giorni (fascia oraria 8:30-23:30) con riposo infrasettimanale.
