Human Resources Business Partner (F/M)To support our growth, we are looking for a key player that will manage talent acquisition, HR administration, local HR support, and training & development in a fast‑growing, international renewable energy company.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and onboardingCoordinate the full recruitment cycle from job description to candidate selection in link with headquarters.Conduct pre‑qualification interviews.Manage relationships with local managers and external recruitment agencies.Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration with the office manager.HR administrationManage employment contracts and social subjects in accordance with legal requirements.Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with finance and external consultants.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Produce HR reports.Local HR support for managers and employeesDeploy HR group policies and procedures.Handle communication with employees and labor authorities.Manage employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures.Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters and best practices.Promote workplace diversity, inclusion, and a positive organizational culture.Leadership of training, development, and performance managementServe as local contact for deployment of the training program for employees at all levels.Support career development initiatives.Implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related HR administration/social aspects.Strong background in social law and payroll experience.Independence to work in a small team with a manager in France and in an international context.Fluency in Italian and English.Join REDEN: give lasting meaning to your careerIf you’d like to learn more and speak with a team member, contact us on LinkedIn#J-18808-Ljbffr
