Mansione Randstad Italia spa, filiale di Monza - Specialty Office, ricerca per importante multinazionale operante nel settore metalmeccanico, una figura da inserire all'interno del team legal&procurement nel ruolo di contract & procurement assistant. Si offre contratto in somministrazione finalizzato ad un inserimento diretto in azienda. La retribuzione verrà commisurata in base all'esperienza, con una forbice indicativa tra i 25 e i 30K + ticket. Dopo il periodo di formazione è prevista la possibilità di lavoro in smartworking. Responsabilità La risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività: - Gestione interna dei contratti; - Preparazione dei documenti gare e attività correlate, assicurandosi che la documentazione sia completa e conforme agli standard e procedure aziendali; - Gestire e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione aziendale. Competenze Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Titolo di laurea in giurisprudenza o scienze dei servizi giuridici; - Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office; - Conoscenza della lingua inglese e, preferibilmente, della lingua francese; Si valuteranno positivamente anche profili senza pregressa esperienza.
