Libya Energy Junior Project Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a Libya Energy Junior Project Manager to join its office in Rozzano or Genoa within the Energy Project Solutions Division.MissionSite Operations Junior Manager supports for ensuring the delivery of defined inspection activities on time, within budget, and with quality results. This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisors, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients, and delivering reporting to the clients.Key AccountabilitiesActivity Coordination:Assist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.Maintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures.Personnel Management Assistance:Support in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision.Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records.Quality Assurance Support:Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities.Ensure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Cost Optimization Assistance:Contribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality.Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations.Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support:Support in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services.Assist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures.Resource Allocation Assistance:Assist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities.Provide support and guidance to team members.Performance Evaluation Support:Participate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams.Contribute to the implementation of improvement plans.Scheduling and Milestone Assistance:Support in developing and managing schedules for site supervision activities.Assist in adjusting schedules to ensure timely completion.Contract Management Support:Assist in managing contracts for site supervision services.Contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives.Customer Satisfaction Focus:Support efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.Address customer concerns and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.Data Management Support:Assist in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems.Follow agreed systems and procedures for data management.Risk Awareness:Learn to identify and report potential risks associated with site operations.Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.Regulatory Compliance Assistance:Plan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify compliance with specified policies, objectives and requirements.Support efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA8000.Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements.Perform tasks in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System.Support and participate in the organization’s environmental and safety program.EducationMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or EconomicsQualificationsFluency in English and Italian languagesBasic knowledge of Project Management activitiesBasic knowledge of contract management, including negotiation and administrationBasic knowledge of budget management and cost control within the construction or related industryBasic knowledge of advancing construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of resourcesCompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into
