Categoria: Technology & Telecoms Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provincia Per societa insurtech di casamadre inglese che ontegra algoritmi di intelligenza artificiale all'interno delle practice assicurative, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di AI Engineer Sviluppo di modelli predittivi per il rischio Attività : Progettare e sviluppare modelli di machine learning (ML) per prevedere il rischio di sinistri, la probabilità di frode o per ottimizzare la determinazione dei premi. Tecnologie : Librerie ML : Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch. Data Science tools : Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn per analisi dei dati e visualizzazione. Framework di deep learning : Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch. Sviluppo di algoritmi per la personalizzazione delle polizze Attività : Creare modelli AI e suggerire polizze personalizzate in base ai loro dati storici e preferenze. Tecnologie : Machine learning : Collaborative filtering per raccomandazioni, regressione lineare e logistica, clustering (ad esempio, k‑means, DBSCAN). Algoritmi di pricing dinamico : Modelli basati su alberi decisionali o reti neurali per calcolare i premi assicurativi in tempo reale. Automazione e analisi dei sinistri Attività : Costruire sistemi AI per l'analisi automatica delle richieste di risarcimento, per velocizzare il processo di approvazione, identificare frodi o ottimizzare la gestione del flusso di lavoro. Tecnologie : Reti neurali convoluzionali (CNN) : Per l'elaborazione e il riconoscimento delle immagini (ad esempio, valutazione dei danni su foto). NLP (Natural Language Processing) : SpaCy, NLTK, transformers per l'analisi automatica delle descrizioni di sinistri o per estrarre informazioni dalle documentazioni testuali. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) : Tesseract o Google Cloud Vision API per l'estrazione di testo da documenti scansionati. Prevenzione delle frodi Attività : Creare modelli predittivi basati su AI per identificare sospetti e frodi nei reclami assicurativi. Tecnologie : Deep learning : Autoencoders per il rilevamento di anomalie. Modelli di classificazione : Random Forest, SVM (Support Vector Machine), Gradient Boosting. Tecniche di rilevamento delle anomalie : Analisi delle transazioni sospette attraverso clustering o anomaly detection. Requisiti 3 anni di esperienza in posizioni di AI Engineer Ottima conoscenza di Python Librerie ML: Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
