Support is delivered through multiple channels including chat, email, and outbound phone calls, in both Italian and English.You will be responsible for helping advertisers with post-sales assistance, troubleshooting, and improving their experience on the platforms. Additionally, you will guide them in using platform tools and features and resolve technical issues. The job also requires multitasking and using several tools simultaneously.This position offers comprehensive training for new employees, covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successfully completing the training, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team and offered a contract.The workplace is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts, and follows Portuguese public holidays.
