We are looking for someone to take on the role of Senior Brand Manager for Raffo. You will be part of the Marketing Team with the aim to define strategy, lead 360° campaigns, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate growth to strengthen Raffo’s ranking as #3 in the Birra Peroni portfolio. Qualifications You have a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications. Master in Business Administration & Marketing is preferred; You have at least 6 years of experience in Marketing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, preferably in beverage; You have strong analytical and numerical skills: comfortable with data analysis, forecasting, and business case; You have excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners; You have proven track record in brand strategy, portfolio architecture, and P&L management; You have good people management skills and excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple strategic initiatives; You have creative mindset with a flair for developing original, impactful campaigns; You are fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
