Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today. Key Responsibilities Your team’s safety, promoting Amazon’s Health and Safety standards Lead cross-functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems Uphold Amazon’s high standards of process quality Maintain inventory accuracy Strive to improve and streamline processes Actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network Core Responsibilities Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization reate and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines Continuously provide critical shift related information to front line management and operators Basic Qualifications High school or equivalent Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience Accommodations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
