Per azienda cliente in forte espansione sita nella cintura sud di Torino ed operante nell’Industria alimentare, siamo alla ricerca di un National Key Account Manager. Responsibilities La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Gestione e sviluppo delle relazioni con i principali account nazionali, tra cui GDO, GDS, Private Label e Cash and Carry. Identificare e capitalizzare sulle opportunità di business presso i principali clienti, lavorando per massimizzare le vendite e raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato. Coordinare una rete di 8 agenti di vendita per garantire una copertura efficace e una gestione ottimale delle relazioni con i clienti. Sviluppare e implementare piani di vendita strategici e azioni commerciali per massimizzare la presenza del marchio presso i clienti chiave. Analizzare il mercato e monitorare le performance dei clienti, fornendo feedback e raccomandazioni per migliorare le prestazioni. Collaborare con altri dipartimenti interni, tra cui marketing, logistica e finanza, per garantire un'efficace esecuzione delle strategie commerciali e il soddisfacimento delle esigenze dei clienti. Rappresentare l'azienda presso fiere, eventi e incontri con i clienti per promuovere i prodotti e i servizi offerti e per identificare nuove opportunità di business Your Profile Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Esperienza consolidata nella gestione dei principali account nazionali e regionali, con focus su GDO, GDS, Private Label e Cash and Carry. Comprovata esperienza nel coordinamento di agenti di vendita e nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione. Orientamento ai risultati e capacità dimostrate di raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita. Disponibilità a viaggiare. Completa il profilo proattività ed interesse verso lo sviluppo del new business.
