Champion product innovation and technical excellence ensuring the team communicates this knowledge with passion and precision. Build a strong local client community by promoting brand loyalty and nurturing relationships with key clients and Stone Island enthusiasts. Qualifications Key Qualifications 3–5 years of prior experience in managerial roles within the same organization, ideally within structured and international fashion luxury or retail companies. A degree with a focus in Retail or Hospitality Management would be considered an advantage. Passionate about building a long‑lasting career within the organization, with a focus on development and impact. Demonstrated excellence in client service and relationship management. Displays exemplary brand ambassadorship, consistently embodying the brand’s identity, values, and image with authenticity and sophistication. Highly reliable, adaptable, and self‑driven, with the ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with company standards and expectations. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional language would be a plus. Deep awareness of current fashion trends and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
