Your role at HZI directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at DescriptionLeads the Kanadevia Inova and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirementsEnsures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMSWorks with customer and project manager in producing work schedules and plans, implements service delivery, follows up deviations and claimsSupervises on-site activities/labor crew and ensures works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract, and conform with project time and budget requirements; prepares overhaul reportProvide guidance and Co-operation of consortium partners sub-contractorsPrepare reports/documentation for change order requests (technical, time and costs).QualificationsMechanical /Electrical discipline Technical Diploma with major HSE certifications (confined spaces, etc.)Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor in delivering mechanical services to a large industrial plantExperience in maintenance and overhauling of grates, feeding systems, ram feeders, bottom ash extractorsLeadership and communication skillsFluency in EnglishShall be available to work in shifts, including night shift when required, and also to work abroad.Additional InformationResponsible challenge with diversified field of activityTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international CompanyPersonal development opportunities through own Inova AcademyOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplinesExcellent employment conditionsAttractive working place (central, good transport links)For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
