Digital Procurement Consultant and Senior Consultant Join to apply for the Digital Procurement Consultant and Senior Consultant role at PwC Italy .Your PerspectivesSarai coinvolto in progetti strategici di trasformazione del business per realtà leader nei settori Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Telco & Media , contribuendo all’ efficientamento e alla reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni .Grazie all’accesso alle competenze del network internazionale , avrai l’opportunità di sviluppare le tue idee e offrire un contributo innovativo, favorendo la crescita e l’evoluzione dei progetti.Ambito Digital ProcurementParteciperai Attivamente a Progetti Di Consulenza, Occupandoti DiGestire tutte le fasi della trasformazione del Procurement, includendo ambiti come SRM, Sourcing, Purchase to Pay e Analytics.Analizzare le esigenze delle realtà clienti e formulare raccomandazioni basate su dati concreti e sulle best practice del Benchmark PwC.Strutturare il Modello Operativo Target e sviluppare relativi Business Case.Supportare la gestione del progetto e/o l’integrazione funzionale delle soluzioni implementate.Facilitare la gestione del cambiamento all’interno delle organizzazioni clienti.In base all’esperienza maturata, contribuire al coaching dei team di progetto.Aiutare le realtà clienti a sfruttare al meglio le tecnologie per ottimizzare il meccanismo di approvvigionamento presso i fornitori.Esperienza di almeno tre anni in aziende leader nel proprio mercato di riferimento e/o in primarie società di consulenza.Laurea in ambito economico-statistico, ingegneristico o informatico.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.Capacità di sviluppare soluzioni funzionali e innovative per progetti complessi.Passione per il settore IT, con competenze avanzate sui principali strumenti tecnologici.Orientamento agli obiettivi, con un approccio proattivo e determinato.Capacità di coordinare un team e contribuire a creare un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e positivo.Flessibilità e disponibilità per trasferte di lavoro, con motivazione verso l’attività di consulenza.Your Additional SkillsConoscenza di almeno uno dei principali strumenti di Digital Procurement: Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Synertrade, Jaggaer.Conoscenza avanzata di una seconda lingua tra tedesco, francese o spagnolo.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Purchasing and Supply ChainIndustries Professional Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
